When will I get the order I placed for the holidays?

All on demand orders placed before Wednesday, December 14th are estimated to ship no later than Monday, December 19th. Campaigns that conclude before Friday, December 2 are eligible for holiday domestic shipping. If your order is going to a destination outside the US, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. If you need help tracking your order, please email us with your order number and we'll do our best to track it down for you. Orders placed on or after Wednesday, December 14th may not ship until early January.

Please be patient. Many parts of the world are dealing with massive supply chain disruption. Your order may be delayed or modified because not all items can be fulfilled. Our production partners may need to substitute equivalent items of the same color and fit to complete your order. If you are not satisfied, email support@cottonbureau.com so we can help.
