How do I center asymmetrical artwork?

If you need to optically center artwork that is not symmetrical, try one of these options:

Corner Pinning

Center the artwork in your 4000px square canvas, then put a 1px dot in each corner to prevent the transparent areas from being trimmed. That will force it to be a square.

Preserve Artwork Padding

Alternatively, center the artwork in an even bigger canvas, like 8000px and choose “preserve artwork padding” when you upload your image.

Manual Offset

Last option, if you only need to make a small adjustment, you can use the Custom size and move the artwork up 1" in any direction.
